At JacksResin, every cutting board is handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, all sales are final.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

• Your full name and order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Production & Shipping

Each cutting board is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–6 weeks for production. Once completed, shipping typically takes 6–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at jacksboards1@outlook.com, and we'll help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
